You should not have to take a gamble when you reach out to wedding, event, and conference planners. Tia is honest and transparent about pricing and does not upcharge based on the type of event. Read more below to find the flat fees associated with booking and hosting events in 2025.

Package Inclusions

Day-Of Coordination

When it comes to planning an event, you should be able to enjoy the company of your guests and all of your hard work in a stress-free way! Tia is happy to execute your vision.. She will coordinate with your vendors, and on the day-of, she will help from setup, to cleanup, and everything in-between.

Day-Of Coordination includes up to 14 hours on the day of your event.

Partial Planning

If you’ve already booked some vendors but are feeling overwhelmed, let Tia jump in. Her calm demeanor will help ease your worries. Whether you need her to help bring your vision all together or simply focus on some areas–so you can put your energy towards others–, Tia is here to help.

Partial Planning includes Day-Of Coordination services.

Full-Service Planning

You tell Tia your goals (what you want and don’t want), and Tia will take care of your event from start to finish. She will research vendors and provide you with options. Tia will be your advocate throughout the entire process. If you are overwhelmed by the idea of planning, a full-service planning package is right for you.

Full-Service Planning includes Day-Of Coordination services.

Included Services

The following list of services are included in both Partial Planning Packages and Full-Service Planning Packages at no additional cost.

Theme & Hashtag Planning

Tia will work with you to create your cohesive event theme. This includes the title of your event, the color scheme, and brainstorming the decor. Hashtag ideas are also provided at no additional cost.

You are welcome to come prepared with your own ideas, and Tia will help refine them.

Invitation Design

To get your theme and event information out to your guests, Tia will create a free digital invitation for you. This must include information like your event website and/or RSVP form, which Tia can create for you at an additional cost.

Printed invitations will be charged at the current standard rates. Tia can also label and mail the invitations out for you, but you must also pay for the cost of stamps.

Courthouse Support

If you are getting married at a courthouse, Tia will support you with a literal walk-through of the courthouse procedures and support in preparing documents.

If you are getting married outside of Cook or Lake Counties in Illinois and would like support in the courthouse when you submit your documents and schedule your ceremony, you will have to pay for Tia’s transportation at the mileage reimbursement rate of 70 cents per mile.

Vendor Research & Recommendations

To have a great event, you need a venue and catering, and you might want to top it off with a DJ and florals. No matter what your event needs may be, Tia will put in the research to find you amazing vendors that fit into your budget.

Menu Planning

Tia will listen to your preferences and dietary restrictions, and work with you and your vendors to create the best menu for your event.

Photo Checklist

Whether you plan to take posed photos or photos in action, Tia will create a photo checklist for your photographer. We do not want to miss any memorable moments!
